put in place & spoof


Drivers have been spoofing, it goes way back to jail breaking in the early years.
Uber put in place jailbreak detection and would give you a pop-up warning and wouldn't allow you to sign on.

put in place:
"Put in place" can also be an idiom in its own right, meaning established or implemented, usually referring to a system, a social structure or an institution, and often not involving any actual objects being relocated.

2. to send e-mail using a false name or e-mail address
