pitted & ooze

1. having small marks or holes in the surface;
2. having had the large hard seed ( the pit ) removed;

ooze:
1. if a thick liquid oozes from a place, or if sth oozes a thick liquid, the liquid flows from the place slowly;
2. if sb/sth oozes a particular characteristic, quality, etc., they show it strongly.
